Saturday May 16, 2026 (9am-1pm)
Monday May 18, 2026 (9am-1pm)
Tuesday May 19, 2026 (4pm-8pm)
Wednesday May 20, 2026 (4pm-8pm)
Board of Assessment Meeting will follow.
If you have any complaints about your assessed values, please see the assessor on any of the above dates.
Taxable Status Date: March 1st of each year.
Please note that all applications for property exemptions must be filed with the assessor by this date.
Following is a schedule of dates for an annual roll to be posted here:
May 1st - Tentative Roll
July 1st - Final Roll from Assessor will be posted
Changes to this roll may be made after July 1st by Court Order, or Court Settlements and posted as follows:
August 1st - All Board of Assessment Review changes and Court issued changes
November 1st - Final Roll for Tax processing including all Court issued changes
